Despicable service
I have had multiple food deliveries canceled with no explanation and two prescription never picked up. I contacted the pharmacy and it was labeled and packaged. It even shows ready for pick up through the pharmacy app. But when I called door dash they said they had no record of the order. I am disabled and this option is crucial. After paying $8 for same day delivery. I had to pick it up two different times. This is a despicable way to run a business and I will celebrate the day they get sued for their dishonest practices.
