Safety issue almost killed my dog
The Dogtra collar experienced a critical safety malfunction by delivering continuous electrical stimulation without any user activation. The stimulation continued even after the collar was removed from my dog’s neck, creating an immediate risk of severe injury or death had I not intervened. Dogtra has requested that I return the unit for technical inspection, acknowledging the need to investigate the incident but stating that there’s not even a warranty . This is a serious product safety issue, not simply a warranty claim.
