Still waiting for Replacement Boots
I ordered 3 pairs of winter boots and one didn't fit. Through email, we decided it best to buy the replacement immediately and wait for the RMO and return the first pair. I sent the first pair back, but I have not yet received the replacement pair. I have emailed Customer Service twice but have not heard a thing. The winter season is ending and I am still waiting for these boots. They did eventually send us the boots, but they ended up being too small even in the larger size. Our child has very wide feet. The boots were excellent quality and beautiful, but avoid if your kids feet are wide.
