poor quality
I was really disappointed with this caviar. The shells are extremely hard —impossible to chew through — so I ended up having to spitting the shells out . It’s not spreadable at all, since each piece is so firm and dry that you can only eat them one by one. There’s no juice or softness to balance the texture, making it feel dry and unpleasant overall. It didn’t have the usual rich, briny flavor or delicate texture of real caviar — to the point that I honestly suspect it might not even be genuine caviar. Definitely not the luxurious or enjoyable experience I expected. Customer service is quick to reply but if no use and quite rude.
