My account was hacked into by someone from Russia. They used my Credit Card that was connected to the Steam App and spent $50 to fill Steam Wallet. They then bought and gifted games with it. I did not authorize any of this, yet I am still punished for it. I cannot get the funds back to Steam Wallet because the purchases were gifted. I cannot refund the Steam Wallet Refill because of idiotic anti-user choices. They support hackers and hijackers, yet they throw users under the bus. They should be supportive of their users as they are the ones that makes Valve money through Steam. They should stop supporting hackers because if the right person gets put in the situation I was, they would have the know-how and resources to file a lawsuit.
