Excellent product and customer service
I have been using the WinX DVD platinum software for about 2 years and absolutely love it. I have put all the Sopranos episodes on thumb drives (because of the ability to convert the DVD's to MP4 format) amongst other great films. I have found customer service very responsive; I contacted them previously for technical questions and their response time has always been very quick, efficient and thorough. My most recent inquiry was regarding transferability of their product; my original purchase was for only one computer but I purchased the upgrade for multiple computers and couldn't be happier. Many thanks to their responsiveness, otherwise I would be very unsatisfied.
