Broken Scooter No Refund
I’m honestly really disappointed with this purchase and the overall experience with Kukirin. The scooter arrived faulty straight out of the box, which is bad enough. Instead of offering a refund for a broken product, I was told they would send a replacement motor. I then had to pay £20 for delivery of this part, which is ridiculous considering the scooter arrived defective in the first place. After waiting another two weeks, the motor finally arrived. I was told I’d be sent a video showing how to install it, as it’s not a simple repair — but that video never came. It’s now been over a week and a half since I received the part, and I’m still left with a scooter I can’t use. So at this point, I’ve paid for a product that arrived broken, paid extra to receive a replacement part, and still don’t have a working scooter. Really poor experience from start to finish — both product quality and customer service need serious improvement. I wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.
