Kettle is dangerous and a fire hazard - company doesn't honor warranty
Stay far away from HadiNeeon products! The company doesn't stand behind their product or honor their warranty. This is the 2nd kettle I've purchased and had problems with. The first one last just under a year when the buttons stopped working. I contacted support for help before the 1-year warranty period was up and we emailed back and forth (with pics, video, and proof of purchase) over a couple weeks and at the end they said I was over warranty as of the day of their final response and there was nothing they could do for me and that I just needed to buy a new one. I decided to try again. I received this kettle January 8, 2022 and it malfunctioned February 20, 2022. I boiled some water for tea, it shut off as usual, I made my tea leaving about 4 cups of water in the kettle, and then I went into another room. About 10 minutes later I went back in the kitchen and found it had restarted itself and boiled almost the rest of the water out (less than 2 cups left). I removed the kettle from the base, waited a few minutes and then put it back on the base. The buttons started flashing but were unresponsive and the water started boiling again and the only way to make it stop was to remove it from the base again. I contact support again with video and proof of purchase and was told because I didn't buy directly from their website they would not not honor the warranty.
