Jonathan Pack my loan officer who helped me with my reverse mortgage (RM) loan is an excellent employee. I almost didn't get the RM loan but because of his analytical mind he was able to analyze and found that the margin interest rate needed to adjust and that changes all the amounts overall. He has the patience to scrutinize every amount shown in the detailed documents and he is so composed while presenting the changes. He made me feel so comfortable and it helped me relax and think better. He's very thorough and explains in a very simple manner to seniors like me how the reverse mortgage works. Also, he returns calls promptly. To top it all, he's so compassionate in dealing with me. I can tell he has a very kindhearted heart and he's the kind of person who can save many souls from their financial burdens by helping them get reverse mortgage.
