14 days and no update plus 2 more now
I have ordered an item 14 days ago. The item has shipped. This is where my review is important. The shipping shows the item has been in 1 location for a week. I have reached out for an update and was told there are increased procedures in place because of the current situation that is causing delays in delivery. No estimated delivery date? no understanding on how long shipping takes with these new procedures in place... Just an automated response. I can not give a review on the product yet... I am sure it will be fine but honestly I wish I knew about the hands off shipping status before I ordered as I am not so sure I would have made the impulse purchase with knowing this. Updated it was two days since vendor said they would update me, no update yet. Last message was they were waiting to hear back from their shipping department. Honestly it was just something nice I picked up for my wife... Not worth this much trouble. I can now say customer service is poor, and this is sketchy
