Worst customer service
Worst customer service. I contacted Aukey back in October, 2021 regarding a defective dashcam. They agreed to refund me but never processed a refund. I've followed up regularly and they gave excuses for 2 months saying the refund is processing, but never received it. Starting in 2022, they've stopped responding to all customer support emails. I've emailed them weekly and all emails have been ignored. I tried creating a new ticket and they don't respond to those either. Their website support form doesn't submit. Worst customer service experience ever....Don't bother with Aukey.
