This company is a Chinese company NOT UK & NOT GERMAN you will never get a refund go to your bank and obtain a charge back. To sell in the UK they have to have UK returns they don't, this company is classed a a scam company and relys on your naivety. The bank will block them from ever taking payments from you again and reimburse you instantly. Thank me later
The company sent me the incorrect size shoes. When I contacted them, instead of arranging an exchange or replacement, they suggested that I sell the shoes myself and offered a 15% discount on a future purchase. After five separate emails, they have still refused to provide a return label, replace the shoes with the correct size, or cover the return postage costs, despite the error being entirely their fault. The same generic response has been repeatedly sent to me without addressing the issue I raised. I consider this to be extremely poor customer service and an unreasonable refusal to resolve a problem that they created. As a result, I am now proceeding with a chargeback through my bank and will be providing all email correspondence and evidence to support my claim. You have seen my review and stated you will look into, but as of yet you've only been abusive still not abiding by your own company rules and UK law it's unbelievable
