Had to cancel bank card, no refund. Continuously charged.
I had tried to cancel my subscription 8 months ago. The guy on the phone said he canceled it. I have continued to be billed for the last 8 months. I have called several times to cancel it and the same thing happened. So this last time, I had to cancel my bank card in order to not be charged anymore (which is ridiculous- I should not have had to cancel my bank card). I called again a few days ago, and FINALLY got an email confirming a cancelation and that a refund would be issued. I got another email asking me to update my card so the refund could be issued because obviously, you can't refund a canceled card. Now, they are saying they can't refund the new card I put on file because the subscription is canceled (they sent an email asking me to update my card on file, so I did). So how is Adobe going to get me my refund? I then received another e-mail saying my case my closed and my refund was issued again. It was not. So I finally spoke to a supervisor and he told me they need 24 hours to look over my case to see what they can do, if anything. The new card number on file has not been issued a refund and they took money from me for 8 months after I first initially tried to cancel it. I should not have had to cancel my bank card and the employees should actually cancel the subscription on the phone when someone says they want it canceled, AT THAT TIME. Now I'm out of money and a bank card until it's mailed to me.
