Great quality and decent communication but promised time frame was delayed and then my product got stuck with the local tax authority. It took nearly a week to get through to the rep of this ribbon company and to receive the necessary documentation to free the product and receive it. It cost me an extra $200 as a result of this delay and poor communication. Could be a one of thing but it was very frustrating.
