Absolutely ridiculous that my alarm malfunction and is not properly working, call Ackerman and no one will answer my call or respond to a text. It makes no sense you’re a 24/7 security company and clearly don’t have enough staff to cover calls. Outrageous! I see it’s time to go with a more reliable company.
