I have an omega 2020 which recently had a weld fail on the tilting mechanism. To note the chair is now out of warranty so over 5 years old. This is still disappointing as I have since purchased 2 other chairs over the years (redbull/lambo). I contacted sercret labs and was offered either £70 off a new chair or £70 to purchase a replacement part. This does leave me with concerns for the other chairs I've purchased, anyone reading this who over a secretlab chair i was suggest to check the welds before warranty runs out. Update - Secretlabs response proves my point to check the welds on your chair prior to warranty running out. Poor quality for a chair when you are spending £350 plus - i will be looking for different options for my next chair especially after spending £££ on 3 chairs and sit/standing desk....
