Terrible company won't let me return phone
Oscal Tiger 12. This is the worst phone and worst company I've ever dealt with. The phone keypad stops working, so whatever key you press random symbols and letters appear, system iu continually stops, brightness swings up and down, volume terrible - can't hear phone calls, battery saver activates all the time, contrast appalling watching movies, only one speaker at the bottom of phone - forget recording a video, the sound is distorted and sounds like underwater. There's hardly any editing features with phone camera app and honestly no difference in quality at 64mp than my old phone at 32mp. The battery lasts about half a day, and that's with most apps disabled. I'm stuck with it though, because despite being under warranty they refuse to engage with the issues and let me return or even swap it. I emailed several times to explain the issues and asked how to return it. All they do is send the same message, reset phone and see if that works. Lost all my data twice by resetting, it made no difference. It could be that mine was an outsourced model - they don't make all their phones themselves. BEST AVOIDED AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
