My sales technician was pleasant the 1st time I met him for an estimate, but the 2nd encounter to sign contract not so good. I felt rushed as if we were holding up his time as if he needed to be somewhere else in a hurry to get somewhere else. He scheduled the time he was available the day prior to appt. Then proceeded to rush me and stated "Im fitting you in I have another appt to go too. But he scheduled me this time of his availability for this appt. Then he had a problem with the way I signed my name. I mean the audacity 😒 of someone trying to dictate your personal signature. I have never had an issue before with any other sales person. I will chalk it up to him having a bad day. If so I think he should've taken the day off instead of taking my appt. I felt very uncomfortable and not valued as a paying customer 😕. Next time I will choose another provider.
