Spooky2 Rife

Equipment unusable without additional (paid) training

In 2023, I bought a Spooky Scalar kit, convinced that this technology can really help in curing diseases. I did not change my mind. The problem is I've never been able to use this equipment with the french user's manual (my native language). Consequently, I wrote mails to Spooky2 and Leo Qi, who always answered me with great courtesy, gave me a contact of a "client" (...Si vous en avez besoin, nous avons un client coopératif, vous pouvez lui poser quelques questions simples et il vous aider. This cooperative customer describes himself as a professionnal trainer offering a wide range of payable services . And not a community volunteer member, as any people in pain who have made a financial sacrifice to buy Spooky 2 equipment could expect. Unless you are computer savvy and have a scientific mind, you possibly get the same problems as me for using this technology. And the exhaustive user's manual (314 pages) won't help you using the equipment. it is abnormal that the buyer is unable to operate his equipment with only the instructions provided by the manufacturer. Why does not Spooky 2 warn customers they will need a training (with duration and cost) in order to use safely such a machine which can be qualified as a medical equipment? Spooky 2 looks like the perfect business firm with attractive site, aggressive marketing, recompenses and "authentical " testimonies (some of them are not?) and more, which allowed me to buy a Spooky tube phanotron in accessories section, and which can't be connected on my kit (Spooky wrote:..."notre tube à plasma ne peut être utilisé qu'avec le central pour le moment, les autres produits qui ne peuvent pas supporter sa puissance vont brûler") because of a risk of fire. However, nothing in the description of this accessory warns the consumer that it only can be used with central Spooky. As a consumer, I am not asking for the moon but only for clear and concise instructions which could include three levels: beginner, initiated and experienced. The mention "Minimum training (with estimated duration and cost) may be necessary if you are not computer savvy" with the list of trainers available in the buyer's country. Another idea: a video (in different languages) would be offered for each treatment (with the required equipment, the way to plug them, and the procedure to follow).
