The technician did not show up
The technician did not show up. When I called to check the status, I was told that it was notated thy the technician called my phone and didn’t receive an answer, therefore they did not show up. After checking my call log, I noticed ONE missed call from an unknown number that could have been the technician. However, there was no voicemail nor was there another attempt made to reach me. The only resolution was to reschedule 2 weeks out when I’ve already waited 3 weeks. This is not acceptable and I no longer want Ackerman services. I’m looking elsewhere
