First of all, I want to thank Dela from Sculfun support for her patience and courtesy. The shipping has been hectic because of DHL (not recommending DHL). The iCube Ultra dual is a great tool, I am beginner and achieved my first successful prints with an hour. The mobile app is not perfect, but lightburn is the tool you need and is fully compatible with the iCube.
