Service: Excellent; Range of prices: very competitive; Management of Sellers: Good, and every order: guaranteed by Alibaba through its Trade Assurance so that buyers have confidence in purchases
The sales reps that have worked with me, are good, but if shortcomings arise, the Platform, ALIBABA, will mediate and have restitutions made be it cash, et cetera. I'm no big-time trader but in the one year I've bought on the platform, I've had successes, with cooperation with ALIBABA team, including customer department. ALI is a great site to work with, big or small like mine. Array of products are wide and deep; quality, at every price range, is very good, and orders are handled promptly. The prices are very competitive, generally, the most inexpensive at every price range.
