I bought furnace filter from them for the 1st time and I could say compared to my previous experiences I liked the quality of their products and very fair and competitive prices. I decided to write this review because I had a more than satisfactory and happy experience. I called their customer service in connection with a mistake I made in selecting my filter size and I was amazed by their exceptional customer service. It was beyond my expectations, supper professional, friendly and customer focused. Give it a try and make your own judgment
