Renewal by Andersen, I purchased an entry door and a storm door. The entry door should have been measured because it was supposed to be custom made. I purchased the doors October 6, 2025 and they were installed January 2026. I placed at least three service calls and February 27th I spoke to Wayne about two problems with the door. Wayne, said my door frame was off and I have two choices to choose from, the ghosting of the entry door or the gap showing where the locks meet. I cancelled the service call, because I paid for a custom-made door and professional install. Definition of door ghosting, A "ghosting door" (or "ghost door") is a door that swings open or closed by itself, often due to the door frame not being perfectly plumb (perfectly vertical), commonly caused by improper installation. I recently realized, when my door knob is in the locked position the door will open without a key. I just want a custom door, that fit and a professional install.
