I am very disappointed with Ackerman after being a customer for almost 8 years. I cannot even get an appointment to fix the external radio issue. Every time I call they state the calendar cannot populate. I have also had 1 no-show, another came at times I was not home. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. My system still does not work and is not communicating. I am really considering getting a different security company.
