I would not recommend ever buying anything from this company. If you do risk it, definitely use a payment method where you can dispute it if it goes wrong, like PayPal. Also, just to be clear, as many people are led astray by this, the company is based in China, and all the items are shipped from there. I bought a dress recently from Linennaive and I was really disappointed with the quality of it for how much I paid for it. There were loose threads coming off it, and the fabric was quite thin and rough. When I tried it on, the sizing was very strange. By the sizing on the website, the dress should have been around a size larger than my actual size (I bought a larger size due to people mentioning the sizing is small). The bust should have been about 12 cm larger than the waist, but it seemed to be way smaller, and I couldn't zip it up all the way. As soon as I passed the waist area on the zip, the fabric seemed to be tighter towards the bust even though it should have been wider. There is no direct way to speak to anyone at Linennaive, with no email address to contact, only a chat function, which takes over 24 hours to get a basic response from. This means that you have no proof that you have actually spoken to anyone from the website unless you screenshot it all youself. When I asked about returning it, they were quite rude and abrupt. They said it would be too expensive to return and refused to give me a return address so I could make my own enquiries about shipping costs. So I basically wasn't allowed to return the item despite their website saying you can. They then offered me a $15 refund so I could get it tailored, which I agreed to. They said it should be in my bank within 10 working days, but they never sent it. I then tried to speak to them again, and that chat function was blocked for me, so I wasn't able to make contact with anyone. I then went to PayPal and started a payment dispute, which got me a full refund because Linennaive never responded to the claim. Many other reviews also state similar issues with this. However, many people are also quite lucky with it and appear to receive a good quality product. I think it seems to be a worse experience for people over a size 12 or with a bust larger than a C/D. Overall, there definitely seems to be something dodgy going on with the company, from the inconsistent quality for the price to the inability to actually speak to customer service or return your items.
