Cannot Recommend
I chose PITAKA because of its reputation as a premium brand, but my experience has been disappointing. My original case developed issues, and although a replacement was provided, the replacement suffered from the same problem. I was then advised that because the replacement had been supplied as a courtesy, it carried no warranty, and my only option was to purchase yet another case with a 15% discount. I understand that TPU is a flexible material, but when the same defect occurs twice, it raises serious questions about the durability of the product. Premium prices should come with premium quality and confidence in the product, not an expectation that customers will simply keep buying replacements. To be fair, the support team was polite and responded promptly. However, good customer service cannot make up for a product that repeatedly fails and a warranty policy that effectively leaves customers without support when the same issue happens again. I expected much better from a company that positions itself as a premium brand. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend PITAKA products. This version is strong, credible, and difficult for the company to dismiss because it focuses on facts rather than emotion.
