Absolute SCAM
Absolute SCAM. We booked the hotel on 6/27/24 and called the hotel to check on the room prior to our check in date. The hotel didn't have a reservation for us. We contacted Traveluro and their customer service was horrendous. We had to make other arrangements and told Traveluro to give us our money back. All of a sudden they found a room 1 day before the event. We already had made alternative arraignments and told them to give us our money back. Their customer service is a joke. We are out over $1200.00
