Bad return policy
Bought some mirror extensions, paid expedited shipping and their system said it would arrive the date I needed them. They arrived 2 days late. Due to arriving 2 days late I had to go out and buy some. Now I am returning these but am forced to pay the $30 for return shipping even though none of this is my fault. So I am now out $30 and have nothing to show for it even though I did nothing wrong. Edit - was able to speak to a manager who did get me refunded...
