Avoid company not a simple process
Ordered a costume and wig bundle and received part of the costume (the wig) within days of ordering. After messaging regarding the whereabouts of the rest of my costume they replied saying it would be speeded up. Around a week later I get another message to say it wasn't gonna turn up in time and could have %10 off if waited or could refund. Obviously opted for a refund. When the refund came through I only got part of what I paid. Missing (£18) Messaged to enquire why and how to return the no longer needed unused wig. Turns out I have to pay the return costs to shanghai China and also must be received within a deadline of 2weeks of receiving the item. Unfortunately that deadline is useless when your told to wait for the remainder of your costume. And secondly it's going to cost me more to return the item. Yet this item turned up within a week of ordering, But I'm told to return to China. Bad bussiness. Bad customer service. Definitely wouldn't reccomend!
