Their shoes run at least full size small regardless of their size chart. Trying to return is a nightmare! They take forever to respond and try talking you into accepting 15% back and a 15% discount on a new order. If you deny that and just want to return you have to send pictures of every angle of the shoes and box before they will send you a return label. They drag the process out so its past the 30 days and the wont refund you anything.
