Technically Ember Inns shouldn't be grouped together on Trustpilot, as you're reviewing an entire chain, despite each site being individually run and managed by their leadership team. As for my local, The Duck in the Pond in Harrow, it is a top pub. James and his team have really brought the pub on leaps and bounds. It's family friendly, has great entertainment, ultra friendly staff, and the food is great. The team are always really accommodating and it's great for going with friends, your partner, or your family.
