I ordered ten coffee mugs and one had a small flaw. As these are gifts I felt awkward making a choice about giving the flawed one to someone. When I contacted VistaPrint to see if the one mug could be replaced. Mediea helped and in very little time arranged to replace this mug. Thank you Mediea for excellent customer service.
