Customer service is excellent with quick response times helpful advice and follow up emails and phone calls. Unfortunately it was incredibly expensive to change just 1 domestic fight our trip to give ourselves a little more transfer time, so we have left flights as is and hopefully we don’t have a cancellation or delay.
