Horrible service !
Horrible service !! We are trying to get a refund. It has been 10 days since we are asking for it. Instead, the customer service is trying to change our mind by answering with arguments why we should keep the lamp (change the colour, sending us pictures of the lamp in living rooms of other customers so we could see how nice it looks in their opinion, etc.) I would never recommend this website. The customer service is only giving us stress by not sending us the procedure so we could send the lamp back as written in their policy. We are afraid we will not get our money back (large amount). A customer service shouldn’t try to change our mind like they said in their email to us: ‘hmmm, let me try again’ I’ve never had such an experience. Conclusion: we still have a lamp we don’t want because it doesn’t meet our expectations at all and no procedure to send it back after 10 days of asking immediately after receiving it !! And I am not even taking about the refund :(
