If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased in February this year and in October this machine and its “Lazer” malfunction. Customer service is beyond awful, 6 weeks no communication and I just want a refund because arguing with idiots is a waste of time. Do yourself a favour don’t by Roborock or Dream products because they are a joke!
