EDIT April 19: ClickMagick has now edited their reply to this review. They called me a liar, and their original response was very disrespectful and harsh. They’ve since edited it 3 or 4 times that you guys on Trustpilot see a "professional response" to my concern. Again instead of offering me support for "BREAKING MY CHECKOUT" they banned my account i mean its insane when you think about it. Everbody makes mistakes but this kind of behavior is dangerous for all their existing clients and future clients. INITIAL REVIEW Started with them a few days ago. Onboarding was smooth. Then we wondered and wondered why there were no orders after integrating ClickFunnels with ClickMagick. Come to find out, ClickFunnels support confirmed that ClickMagick completely destroyed our checkout, and all ad spend went into a non-working page. Support is not good. They promise fast replies and even advertise 18h/day support, but now it happened twice in a row that they just close the chat with my questions unanswered. I’ve been waiting for hours and hours. Same thing as yesterday — no reply so far. Main issue why we hired them was the tracking. We had 2 orders so far today, 0 of them tracked inside ClickMagick. Not sure what’s going wrong.
