I ordered a caravan cleaning bundle which was delivered and supposedly left outside as nobody was in When I got back there was no parcel to which I phoned you thinking the driver didn’t leave it after I had to keep chasing it up to see what was happening I got the same answer you were waiting for the delivery company to reply to you then after a few days I got a refund with no explanation I work in retail and would never treat a customer like this think you need some training on your customer services absolutely disgusting service Not a happy customer
