Falsely advertised and unsafe EMF levels
Falsely advertised and unsafe EMF levels. I purchased the NovaaLab pod which is $2,500 specifically because their website explicitly claims their products emit zero EMF. After testing the device ourselves, we found that the EMF emissions are well above all safety norms. The high radiation is coming from an unsecured internal cable directly inside the pod, posing a serious health risk and potential cellular damage. When I requested a refund for this dangerously misrepresented, falsely advertised product, NovaaLab refused to cover the return shipping costs. They expect me to pay an additional $160 to $200+ out of my own pocket just to return a defective, high-EMF device that never should have been sold under those safety claims. Do not trust their safety claims, and buyer beware if you ever need customer support. Please check EMF in your pod!
