Despite some problems, overall a great product idea and an absolute gift tip
I've bought Glossyboxes before so I knew what to expect. The Glossyboxes have become more or less a fixture of the annual Christmas season and are always well received by my friends and family. The products offer a great variety and high quality of well-known brands and allow the recipient to try new and unusual products. You can't go wrong with these boxes, especially for female friends. Also, the boxes have always arrived very quickly, but unfortunately it seems that Glossybox still has problems with their logistics, as one time a box didn't arrive at all, while last time some items in a box were not checked to make sure they were completely closed. As a result, the shower gel ruined all the other items in the box. Fortunately, the customer service team are extremely understanding and helpful and we have always been able to find a solution quickly and replace the missing/damaged box. Despite these minor inconveniences, I have to give them four stars and will definitely order from them again.
