Alibaba.com does not hold to delivery or refund promises
Alibaba.com guaranteed a delivery date, their customer service told me to dispute if it did not arrive on time, then they won't take the dispute without proof it was not delivered (?!). They won't let you speak to a live person, only AI and I would NEVER recommend them or use them again. Lots of double speak and empty promises. Stay away is my recommendation.
