An Excellent On-line Electrical Supply Company
Questions arose yesterday when selecting items that were answered far better than I expected, by a fellow named Dave, who I thought was very helpful because he actually understood how the items he sells work. Then, right after placing my order late yesterday, I was moving on to the next step in my project when I suddenly realized that I needed to make a design change that radically changed my order. I immediately wrote an urgent, and confused, email to ElecDirect.com in the evening, followed by two more emails overnight, explaining as best I could my change in plans, and the impact on my order. By early this morning ElecDirect.com had revised my order, actually had the changed items in stock, and they were able to add one necessary extra item that made my design change "complete," and they did all that before initial shipping. I wish to convey the good feelings I have about ElecDirect.com, because I have done a significant amount of searching for these types of items, and have found that there are too few really good, on-line, well stocked, one stop shopping, electric supply companies that are open to the public, who don't play around with customers by hiding prices so only licensed contractors are allowed to enjoy reasonable costs. Maybe ElecDirect.com will become my Rock Auto? I won't know for certain until I receive my order. Update: order shipped today, 2 items backordered
