Horribly slow shipping...
I just got a second notice to leave a review about my recent order from Blurb. I'd like to review the photo book, but I haven't received my copy yet! I created a photo book and ordered two copies on April 15. They were shipped on April 20. One took a week to be delivered to Maryland. Pretty slow, IMO, but acceptable. The other was shipped to me in Hawaii, and according to USPS and Blurb's tracking pages, was supposed to be delivered on May 6 - but it wasn't. The Blurb order info page now says it should be delivered by May 16. That's over a month from when I placed my order. I'm hoping I'll see it by then. I'd ordered before from Blurb (Dec 2020), and shipments were delivered very quickly with UPS and FedEx. Now they're apparently trying to save some money by using a service called UPS Mail Innovations. And its not like this was "free shipping" - they charged me $15.99 to ship a single book! I sent Blurb customer service a message about this on May 6. Probably due to the weekend, I haven't heard back from them yet. I look forward to hearing their response.
