Awful experience!
Awful experience! I ordered months ago and it was blocked because they "suspected I was buying several dresses to try them on and send some back". I bought 2 dresses (standard stized) because there were 2 people to dress but this is actually none of their business. They threatened me saying that I will not be allowed to return any dress when legally AND by the site policy, I am. As a result, the dresses arrived very late and don't fit (like they are 2 sizes too big) despite us ordering according to the size chart. We don't have enough time to exchange them to a smaller size before the wedding and will have to payhire a seamstress to fix it. A shame for a dress that expensive! I am so disappointed in this brand and will not order from them again.
