Horrible customer service
The phone itself is good but while under warranty the display developed a yellow streak on it. I asked them how to proceed with repairs and they flat out refused to honour the warranty and told me to buy a new phone. They were very rude over several emails, and at this point I would not even send them the phone because I don't think they would ever send it back. The customer service seems about as trustworthy as a scam organization.
