If I could put a zero for this company I would. Horrible product. Received a vintage jacket made of plastic. Unreal. This is a lesson learned to not believe the reviews because they are not trustworthy. Never again!!!! Period
I ordered a Light Tan Faux Fur jacket
I ordered a Light Tan Faux Fur jacket. The color was correct but the fur was not the same as advertised. The company said I could keep the jacket and they would allow me to choose another product. I have not heard from them. I know they will wait past the time to return the jacket so I will not be able to get a refund. They also requested that I give a rating but I stated I wanted to wait to after it showed my item was shipped. As of today I have not received confirmation that the new item I picked has been shipped. So, you see why I was waiting for the item to ship. Probably will not get the new item. Lesson learned from purchasing from this company. You stated you would be shipping the reordered dress on the 17th in the below email but I have not received a tracking number??? I should not have to confirm when you agreed to allow me to pick another outfit??? Please advise???
