Very bad quality — the dress was completely different from the pictures and poorly made. Extremely poor customer service and unhelpful responses. They also never refunded my money. I am now taking this further with an international complaint. Do not trust this company — poor quality, poor service, and they keep your money.

This company is a scam do not order from them. I ordered an item on July 7 and as of now which is August 10 I have not received it every time I ask for tracking they don’t provide it every time I ask him for an ETA I get nonsensical answers. It’s a scam.

I ordered this beautiful dress when an ad popped up on Facebook. I’ve ordered off Facebook before and received literal garbage. It took me quite some time to pull the trigger and order the dress I ordered. It came in just over a week. It’s stunning, but a bit small for this old gals post menopausal belly. An envelope came with the dress. I thought it was a return/exchange form. It wasn’t it was clear straps if I need them and cleaning instructions. On the back was a code to scan for service. I scanned. “Talked” to Olivia. They are sending me a larger size dress at no additional cost at all. I am so happy with this company. I can’t wait to wear this dress to an outdoor wedding in August. This company is amazing.

Credit card companies BEWARE- don’t allow your customers to purchase from here please - they are scammers. Someone needs to file a class action lawsuit.

This is a lovely dress and meet my expectation, good quality and nice design. The size proposed is too big for me as the top part has High elasticity, the service team is so great and promised to send me the correct size as soon as possible, so amazed by the great service and will be back to buy more clothes from this store.
I have ordered a shirt that is too small. I have requested the address multiple times via email support to return the shirt because that is their process. I have not received a response. Along with that order I purchased a dress that I have yet to receive it’s been well over a month and when I try to track on Shopify it shows there is no order.

This company is a joke. I ordered a dress. They sent me a different one. When I told them, they asked for a picture which I sent. The “best” they can offer is an 80% refund!! So they make a mistake sending me the wrong dress and they cannot live up to a customer’s expectations after having paid almost $130 in a dress that looks nothing like what I purchased. They are pathetic and should be put out of business. How in the hell have they not sent me the correct dress and refunded me for the inconvenience is honestly bizarre. DO NOT BUY FROM YOHERs THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS.

am honestly disgusted with my experience with this company.
The dress I received was an absolute disappointment. The quality was terrible — cheap-looking material, poor workmanship, badly made, and nothing like what was advertised. The fit was completely wrong and the item looked nothing like the standard presented online. It felt incredibly misleading and nowhere near worth the money paid.
I followed the return process and sent the dress back. I have provided proof that the parcel was returned and confirmation that it has been released from customs, yet the company has now completely stopped responding to me.
They were happy to take my money, but once there was a problem and I returned the item, the communication disappeared. No proper response, no refund, no explanation — just silence.
This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. Customers should not have to chase repeatedly for their own money back after returning a poor-quality product.
The whole experience has been frustrating, stressful, and extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would never order from this company again and would strongly advise others to think very carefully before purchasing.
Poor quality product, terrible communication, and still no refund.

Do not shop from this site. It is in US funds and supposedly comes from Irvine California. However, the dresses come from China ,so it takes at least four weeks. When my supposedly butter yellow linen dress with linen rosette flowers (is what appeared on line ) across the top arrived, it was more like a lime or highlighter, yellow colour, and the flowers across the top were fake polyester flowers. Then came the hassle of trying to return it .They are in China. they then offer you the option of resending you the same dress or you can choose another product you like for free and you don’t return the dress that arrived and you didn’t like. Makes zero sense. Or you can have a 20% refund without returning the dress. Or to do a return You must pay for all of the taxes ,duty ,custom clearance ,shipping. Basically costing you a fortune . I believe their hope is that you won’t return it and then they have your money. And if you do a return and they return your money, you’ve lost a quarter of it in shipping.
Bottom line ,do not order the items. They do not look as they do online In person. It is a rip off site.

I recently ordered a strapless yellow dress with delicate yellow roses on the bodice. The dress they use on their site and in the social media advertisements is NOTHING like the dress I received. The yellow “blooms” do not remotely resemble blooms. They look very amateur. I am not happy with the look of this dress. I feel like I was deceived. Yohers will refund me, but I have to pay postage to send this cheap looking garment back to Guangzhou. Postage is about 1/3 of the cost of the dress. Their other option is to refund me 20% of the cost of the dress and I can keep the dress. I will never wear it. It is not flattering. I should have known better than to purchase from a site I am not familiar with, but this company should not advertise clothing that looks nothing like what they advertise.

I have followed up via email and I am receiving responses to these - which is a positive. Sadly, I have lost faith in the responses. I should have been told from the outset that the dress was out of stock and would not be being made for some time.
As of now, the frock is still not in production.

I ordered the Pink Cotton Linen Mini Dress with Vintage Floral Embroidery. It was taking a while to arrive so I emailed Yohers customer service and immediatey got a response and they followed up. When it did arrive, the dress, although beautifully made was too big for me so I emailed Yohers for a return. They responded to my request immediately, and resolved the matter to my satisfaction. I must say I had great customer service from them. Gave them a 4 star only because the dress took more than a month to arrive.

I ordered items almost 6 months ago. One tricked in within a month. Another after 3. Items were not well made...can't even wear the second item. The top is too tight and made with flimsy materials and the bottom skirt is too big. The other items were "out of stock" and I asked for a refund only to be met with continued offers to try to offer me trying something else off of their site or a discount instead of refund like I asked for. After LITERALLY WEEKS of asking for my money back and several back and forth emails with a variety of people to get that refund they didn't pay all of what they owed me. I would not recommend this online store and won't be purchasing from them ever again. The reviews are correctly aligned with how this scam site works.
