If I could give them no stars, I would. I ordered a Christmas present in November. They finally told me they couldn't fill the order. Pick something else out and they would give me 15% off, if I didn't cancel. I have picked numerous items out for a replacement and they said I can only pick out items from one page of velvet blazers. After months of back of forth, I asked for a refund. They said their policy is to keep 15% because I didn't cancel in 24 hours. How could I cancel when I didn't know they didn't have the item. I am now disputing this through Paypal. This company is a scam. I would never order from them again.
Scam scheme.
Ordered a dress in beginning of January, each time I asked where is delivery info they replied the dress is in making still. Requested refund, they applied 15% retainer, I didn’t receive any money yet. Ignore Facebook reviews, I suppose they are fake.
I was informed by the seller that the items I ordered were out of stock, so I asked for a refund. They replied that it is their policy to charge a 15% fee for orders that are cancelled. When I took the matter to paypal they said ok, a refund has been issued and you should receive it within 7 business days. We're past the deadline and I have received no products and no refund.
I ordered from this company for the first time on the 03/01/25January.I ordered a blouse and calculated that given the processing time stated along with the shipping time that I would probably have to wait about 4 weeks. Seven + weeks later I still do not have this.I have attempted to contact the company about this two weeks ago they answered my email claiming that the item would be processed in another 7 to 10 days they would let me know when it would be shipped.I have heard nothing since. My advice to everyone would be to avoid this company.I am now investigating getting my money back through legal means.
