It’s a scam. The clothing is nothing like the description — it’s cheap, low-quality like the kind you find from mass Chinese suppliers. They don’t actually refund your money; they just keep making excuses to avoid taking responsibility. It’s a scam.

Do not buy from this company! Ordered 2 dresses, one arrived and the other didn’t. Basically they won’t give me my money back. They offered me a credit which I don’t want. I have chased them for months and they keep telling me it takes 120 days to receive a refund. My original order was in March. It is now the end of July!!

Complete scam. I ordered a dress two months later never received it canceled and they said it would take six months for a refund. That has not happened. Do not buy!

Dress sleeves were too tight. I'm a small 117lb girl. Excess fabric under right breast. Customer service refuses to refund my money. They tell me to keep the dress. I can't wear it. Customer service is terrible and it took almost 2 months to receive it it just got worse. Now they want to wait 6 mo months to refund my money. Good luck. You're product is in trouble. This place is a scam!!! I ordered a dress and it took forever to receive and then once I got it, it was disproportional….the sleeves went past my finger tips. I requested to return the item and they are refusing. They are also refusing to give me a refund. I cannot wear this dress it’s ridiculous looking. It looks nothing like the advertised pictures. Buyer be ware!! The only reason they got 1 star was because I had to give it to them in order to leave a review.
Horrible!! Do not buy! I ordered 2 dresses and 1 suit back in February 2025. It’s April and only received 1 dress and the suit and never received the other dress. Also the materials are very poor quality and the fit is horrible. I ordered S( no xs available) and the dress is 2 sizes big and the suit is huge. I asked to return within 7 days of receiving both items and I keep getting emails about measuring the items and where they are big. They keep dragging their feet and going round and round the same issues and not giving me a way to return or refund. The only thing they offered is so discount on other items on their site. Like I would ever buy anything from them ever again!!
Do not order from this site! I have sent numerous emails regarding delivery and keep being told to expect soon. Almost 3 months after order still not arrived, i regret not paying with credit card as could have claimed . AVOID AVOID !! So dress finally arrived very poor fit and quality will never wear. I was leery to purchase a dress from this company as they have low reviews, but I loved the dress so I purchased it. I purchased Jan 2, 2025 and I received it Mar. 27, 2025. I kept in contact with Rogers on emails and he assured me it was on its way. It is a beautiful dress and will order again. I did not give 5 stars because of the shipping time, and price.
Awful return policy. The item I ordered was not stretchy as indicated in the description, plus the material was of an awful quality (a plastic shirt). They did not give me a return label, they offered me 20% money back and keep the item, an item that I will never wear due to the awful quality. I buy from many companies online, this is the first time I cannot return an item and receive 100% of my money back.

I think this website is a scam. I ordered something 2 months ago, sent 30 emails, and all they say is we will send you your tracking number when we ship. No progress. I am disputing with my credit card company. Don’t order from them.

I recently ordered what was supposed to be a cotton, body hugging turtleneck that appeared sleek and sophisticated in listing photos on the Yohers website.
Boy was I surprised when it finally arrived!! What I received was a cheap, barely stitched together poor-quality, polyester type material that was itchy to the touch and, instead of black, a light grey. Furthermore the item measurements were off by several inches, even though the size tag read correctly.
I tried to take the high road and, instead of insulting the product, request a return / refund based on the size discrepancy which should be MORE than enough to warrant a return/ refund.
Yohers claims on its site to offer exchanges / returns; however, after nearly a week of back and forth emails with a customer service rep named "Rogers" wasting my time (everything from asking me to send multiple photos of the garment - which would have been fine if it had sufficed - to going back and forth with different "solution" options which always equaled my paying more for another item that I didn't want, while still NOT receiving a refund for the misrepresented item), it finally became clear that this rep had no intentions of honoring the refund/ return request.
On top of the horrible quality of their clothing - Yohers is a complete scam and fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... I can't warn others reading this review fervently enough.
If I could put no stars I would. This site is a scam and should be banned, placed order in January and they cannot tell me what is going on. I get the same reply "it is on making" from this I suspect the site is totally not legit and they want to charge me 15% handling for a cancellation. Do not order from this site they take your money and don't deliver or even care!
