I hate giving reviews that are bad
I hate giving reviews that are bad. However I feel if a company is not doing what they claim or should be doing people need to be aware. I ordered a couple dresses and only 1 came in. It came in too big so I immediately emailed them the day it came to ask for a smaller size and to return the item. They responded to me two days later that I should send them an item that I would want since they don’t have that same dress in a smaller size. I sent them the same day they sent me the follow up email an item to be sent instead. Since then I never heard back from them. Nothing to confirm the order and no info on how to send the dress back that was too large. I also never received the other dress that was part of the order. This has been weeks now and nothing. I am screwed out of a dress I paid for yet never received and I have a dress here that is too big Would not recommend this company. It literally would only take someone to respond to say yes or no or to give me my money back. I have sent them 4 follow up emails asking for a refund and how to send their dress back and just nothing. Very frustrating
